Before Pregnancy Class

If you’re thinking about having a baby, get a head start with this free class. You’ll learn the important preparations that should be made before conception – diet, exercise, and your home and work environments. Plus, you’ll have a chance to ask a physician questions about heredity, health issues and anything else that concerns you.  Individual counseling also is available.
