- Customized exercise plan designed by Mercy staff trained in exercise science.

- Resting metabolic rate assessment that tells exactly how many calories you should eat to manage your weight.
- Exercise performance assessment that tells how to burn fat most efficiently.
- One-year subscription to an on-line meal planning program.
