Return Policy

Mercy's return policy states that:

• Receipt are required.
• Returns must be dates within 30 days of the purchase date.
• No returns on holiday merchandise.
• All items require manager approval.
• Mercy can only accept returns on unused medical or safety devices due to infection control practices.
• We do not give cash refunds. If purchase is made by credit card, your card will be credited.
