Co-Dependency II Lecture & Discussion

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive from family members of individuals with substance abuse/dependence is “How can I be supportive without enabling my loved one?” This lecture serves to assist with answering that question. After attending this session, participants will have greater awareness of co-dependent behaviors, determine if they are co-dependent and discuss practical ways to break the cycle of co-dependency.

*The format of the session will be informal, and questions and discussion are encouraged.

No reservations necessary. Please feel free to bring a guest. For more information, please call Sedlacek Treatment Center at (319) 398-6226.
