A 60-minute class specifically designed for, but not limited to, older adults. This class will improve flexibility, range of motion and muscular strength. Silver Yoga is similiar to an introductory class of yoga and offers many modifications to traditional yoga routines. No special skill or athletic experience is necessary. The design of the class includes a dynamic warm up, deep stretching and concludes with total body relaxation.
Please bring a towel or blanket for relaxation. Sticky mats are special mats used for yoga classes. They are recommended and available for purchase. Please wear clothes that allow you to move without restriction.
