Mercy’s Women’s Center is located within Mercy Medical Center at 701 10th Street SE – 1st floor. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Description

Today’s diets consist of highly processed foods which can cause inflammation and have been linked to medical conditions ranging from heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, some types of cancer to depression and anxiety.

Join Dr. Suzanne Bartlett, MD, FACOG from Mercy’s Integrative Medicine Center, to learn how anti-inflammatory foods (like those found in the Mediterranean Diet) can aid in your overall health and help you lose weight. Enjoy education, food and a complimentary wine pairing.

Terri Clark, Mercy Dietitian, will explain the benefits these foods provide, grocery list ideas and recipes to get you started.

**Class is non-refundable**
