Yoga Basics is designed for, but not limited to, students who have no previous yoga experience. You will learn yoga postures and body alignment. The class concludes with total body relaxation. Students with previous yoga experience are welcome.
Please bring a towel or blanket for relaxation. Sticky mats are special mats used for yoga classes. They are recommended and available for purchase. Please wear clothes that allow you to move without restriction.
IMPORTANT: You must complete a Health History Form prior to this class. Please print and complete the form and bring it with you when you come to the first class.
