This class will help you meet the challenges and changes of pregnancy and delivery. Prenatal Yoga incorporates gentle, safe movements and stretches to strengthen and relax your body; breathing exercises to increase focus and balance; and relaxation techniques to release deeply held tensions. Pregnancy is a time for moderation; therefore you are always encouraged to follow modified movements or to rest as necessary. No previous yoga experience required.
