A 60-minute class designed to enhance cardiovascular health, muscular strength and flexibility. It begins with a 15 minute total dynamic warm-up featuring components of muscular strength, is followed by 40 minutes of deep yoga stretching, and concludes with 5 minutes of total mind/body relaxation. Fit Yoga integrates body and mind health for total fitness performance. Based on the benefits of yoga practice, Fit Yoga is easy to learn and systematic.
