Our Pledge To Your Health
The Cedar Rapids PHO is a partnership between Mercy Medical Center and the Eastern Iowa IPA, an organization representing more than 340 Cedar Rapids area physicians. Because the Cedar Rapids PHO is locally owned and controlled, we can focus our efforts and resources on our most important priority-our patients. Our primary goal is to provide our patients with high quality medical care and services. In accomplishing this goal, we pledge to:

- Protect the integrity of the patient-physician relationship.
- Ensure that communications with our patients are open and that patients are given fully informed choices about their medical care.
