Admission To Our Programs

Admissions are accepted for detoxification at any time — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pre-admission approval may be necessary. Patients may be referred from any source, such as a family member, school counselor or physician. However, a referral is not necessary.

Application for admission to our Outpatient Programs may be made 
by calling or coming to the Sedlacek Treatment Center any weekday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. At that time, a substance abuse assessment will be conducted (or scheduled with 24 hours) to determine the appropriateness of outpatient care. 

Information about our Family Program is available at the time of 
admission.
