Diabetes Diary
Only one of eight facilities of its kind in Iowa, Mercy's Joslin Diabetes Center provides people with diabetes the information they need to better manage this disease and decrease their risk for complications.
Welcome to the Mercy Diabetes Diary, a diabetes record keeping tool provided courtesy of Mercy's Joslin Diabetes Center. The diary is available free of charge for anyone to use and is designed to help individuals manage their diabetes on a daily basis. Ultimately, the goal of the Mercy Diabetes Diary and the Joslin Diabetes Center is to help reduce long-term complications and improve quality of life.
Here to Help You
The Diabetes Diary is designed to help you keep a record of your daily glucose, carbohydrates and insulin measurements. Your last 30 days of diary entries will always be available for you to review. In addition, if you are currently enrolled in a diabetes program at the Joslin Diabetes Center, you can also bring your diabetes diary to the center for review by an educator. Again, there is no cost to you for this service.
