Who can order?

Only Mercy employees can order Relish meals at this time.

Can I choose my meals?

Absolutely! Each month, we offer five different entrée options. You can try them all or you can opt to double up on your favorites.

How are the meals prepared?

Our staff assembles entrees by hand using fresh ingredients. Entrees are packaged into foil containers or freezer bags. Then, they are frozen to maintain freshness. Simply thaw the meal the night before and follow the minimal preparation as instructed on your "pairing cards."

How are the meals packaged?

Entrees are packaged into foil containers or freezer bags. We package two servings per container or bag, so you can choose how much to pull out of the freezer.

How long can I keep my meals frozen?

Meals can be kept frozen for up to 6 months. Once thawed, we recommend cooking them within 24 hours.

How often does the menu change?

Five new menu options will be offered each month.

When are orders due?

Orders are always due on the Monday before the scheduled pick-up date.

When and where do I pick up?

Pick up your meals between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the cafeteria on your scheduled pick-up date.

Can someone else (spouse, co-worker, child, etc.) pick up my reserved meals?

Absolutely! Please indicate individuals you authorize for pick-up on your order form.

What happens if I miss my scheduled pick-up day?

Our staff will contact you. You will not be charged until you pick up your entrees.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card or employee badge. Payment is due at pick-up.
