Hit the Streets

Now that you’ve got the gear and the ambition, it’s time to get walking. There are many places you can walk. Hit the trails, the sidewalk, the streets, the track, anywhere you can put you feet in motion.

When weather stops you from going outside, head to the mall, an indoor track or a treadmill, there are still plenty of ways to get those steps in. Other ways to increase those steps are to take a longer route to get to your destination and park in the back of the parking lot instead of the front row.

You know where to go and what to do; now it’s time to have some fun and get healthier along the way. Go enjoy some quality you time, listen to some great music or catch up with a good friend.
