Whether you've been discharged from the hospital or referred by a physician, your Mercy rehabilitation team will work to restore or optimize function and community integration.
Outpatient services are available for patients who have moderate to severe physical limitations and can travel to receive care. On your road to recovery, you may work with the following professionals:
What to Expect
The first visit will include an evaluation by the therapist. The findings will be discussed with you and a treatment plan will be developed based on your needs.
What to Wear
To allow for easy access to the body part being treated, clothing should be comfortable and loose-fitting.
