Medicare Supplemental Insurance
As you know, Medicare alone just doesn’t cover all of your health care expenses. That’s why the majority of the nation’s seniors purchase a Medicare supplemental insurance plan to help “cover the gaps” in their Medicare coverage.
Mercy Medical Center is pleased to announce its participation in Prime Plus Medicare SELECT supplemental insurance plans. These plans are offered and underwritten by Sierra Health & Life Insurance Company, Inc.
Prime Plus Medicare SELECT policies require policyholders to use the services of a Network Hospital to receive the full benefits of their policy. Mercy Medical Center has been designated as the Network hospital for this area. As a policyholder, you will still receive the full benefits of your policy if you receive care at another hospital or provider in the event you are traveling outside the area, if it’s an emergency situation, or if services you need are not available at a Network Hospital.
