Travel & Social Events

Mercy Generations offers a variety of travel opportunities and social events to meet the many interests of its members.  Information about daytime tours to area attractions, as well as special rates on national and international travel packages through Collette Tours, are available in our Mercy Generations newsletter.  Social events for Mercy Generations members are also announced in the newsletter.

Free Newspaper

Mercy Generations members who are admitted as inpatients to Mercy Medical Center will receive a free weekday newspaper.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are an integral and invaluable component of Mercy Medical Center.  Volunteer opportunities are available to match each individual’s interests, time and personal concerns.  Choose from regular assignments or work “on call.”  For more information, contact Mercy Volunteer Services department, 319-398-6035.
