Frappier Acceleration Sports Training
Acceleration is a unique and innovative six to eight week conditioning program designed to optimize an athlete's strength, speed and agility. It was designed by John Frappier, MS, and originated in Fargo, North Dakota in 1986. The Acceleration program consists of four components.

Program Includes:
- Pre and post assessments for strength, flexibility, vertical jump, and long jump
- 12 treadmill sessions (2 sessions per week recommended)
- 8 plyometric sessions (1-2 session per week recommended)
- 10 weeks of weight training (2-3 sessions per week recommended)
Results:
- Maximize sprint speed, velocity and efficiency
- Increase sport specific strength
- Average decrease of 0.2 second in 40 yard dash
- Average increase of 2-4 inches in vertical jump
