Floor plyometrics enhance the athlete's power in the lower body, utilizing various routines to achieve multidirectional quickness and agility.

Plyo Platform

The Plyo Platform uses built-in Sprintcords and recruits the hip flexors, extensors, abductors and adductors during actual athletic movements.
