The Super Treadmill
The Super Treadmill has the capabilities of 40% elevation and reaching speeds up to 28 m.p.h. It has a shock-absorbing surface and can accommodate athletes of all sizes.
Through manipulation of the Super Treadmill's elevation and speed, the two components of running faster, stride length and stride frequency are addressed.
Increased treadmill elevation helps to create a longer stride and more forceful stride recovery. Increased treadmill speed challenges a runner to move his/her legs faster in an attempt to improve stride frequency.
