The legal name of the Foundation is Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Endowment Foundation, Inc.

Bequest language

"I give, devise and bequeath (the sum, percentage, remainder or description of property) to the Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Endowment Foundation, Inc. to be used for such purposes as the Board of Directors may determine."

Note: If you wish to benefit a specific program, you may also restrict your gift. It is always advisable to work with the Foundation to assure that your restriction can be honored and will accomplish your purposes.
