Elevate Your Confidence with the Power of Thought Work
As we move through life, our thoughts shape the way we see ourselves, the world, and what we believe is possible. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your potential we want to share a transformative model called CTFAR.
This tool helps individuals gain clarity, control, and confidence in every area of their lives. The CTFAR model is an acronym for: C = Circumstances, T = Thoughts, F = Feelings, A = Actions, R = Results.
The model shows how everything in our lives is connected, and that our thoughts create our feelings, our feelings drive our actions, and our actions ultimately create our results. It’s a simple yet profound concept, and it can be your key to unlocking higher levels of self-confidence and creating a life you love.
The key to shifting your mindset lies in recognizing that you can choose your thoughts. When you’re faced with evidence that reinforces a limiting belief, you can consciously ask yourself: Is this thought true? Is this thought helpful? What else might be true?
For example, instead of thinking “I’m not good enough,” you could shift to “I am still learning and growing, and every step gets me closer to my goals.” Instead of believing "No one believes in me," you could choose to think, “There are people who support me, and I’m actively building relationships with those who believe in my potential.”
By shifting your thoughts, you start to feel different emotions—feelings of self-compassion, motivation, and empowerment—which, in turn, influence your actions.
By regularly practicing thought work and challenging the evidence that reinforces limiting beliefs, you create a new story. This process doesn't require you to ignore reality, but rather to see reality from a different angle—a more empowering one.
When you change your thoughts, you will feel more confident, and those feelings will drive you to take aligned action. These actions are what will ultimately create the results you desire, whether that’s in your career, relationships, or personal goals.
