Nick Bingham, MD, MPH
Dr. Nick Bingham received his medical degree from University of Illinois College of Medicine and his Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Health from Stephen F. Austin State University. Dr. Bingham is a board certified occupational medicine specialist and brings over 30 years of experience including 11 years as a workers compensation adjuster. He is certified as a Medical Review Officer and DOT Commercial Driver Medical Examiner. He is also well-versed in OSHA regulations and is willing to speak with employers, adjusters and case managers regarding all matters related to workers compensation.
Dan Howlett, DNP
Dan Howlett, DNP, earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Dubuque. He brings extensive experience in occupational health, most recently practicing with Cedar Valley Medical Specialists in Waterloo.
