Alexis seemed to be in a big hurry that day.

Alexis always has to make some kind of snarky comments. I am not sure why she does this or what she has to gain by doing it. I think it's a rookie mistake on her part. It doesn't create a trusting and healthy patient provider relationship with me. I do not recommend her to others and wish I did not have to see her.

I felt very comfortable asking questions and discussing my issues. She was very helpful.

Professional and efficient

As someone who has a lot of fear/anxiety around going to the doctors, my current healthcare provider does an excellent job making me feel comfortable. Prior to seeing my current provider, I avoided doctors entirely. I hated going to the doctor even if I was extremely sick, so I would never go. Alexis Vincent never pressures me to do anything I'm not comfortable with, which is something I'm so grateful for, as most of my fear is associated with being pressured/coerced into doing things I'm not comfortable with. She's the first provider that's made me feel okay about going to get something as simple as an annual physical. If I didn't meet her, I would definitely still be avoiding doctors entirely.
