I wish Alison Gillis would introduce herself didn't do it on initial visit and this recheck. I spent most of the interaction wondering "who are you?" Had to try to read her name on her lab coat, and finally read it on the report. Sorry, but I didn't develop any rapport with her. My condition is pretty boring, but it would behoove Ms/ Dr/ DNP/ PA /RN ??? Gillis to engage her patients more instead of reading numbers off a newly generated CPAP report, ask "how are you doing?" or "do you feel better?"

She was very patient with me, in explaining my sleep study results and treatment options

This is the first time I have seen the nurse practitioner. She was not able to answer my questions and brushed off my concerns.
