I think Andersen has taken on too many patients to be able to give quality care.

Such a kind and thoughtful provider!! Truly cares for her patients and the issues presented to her. Interacts well and is kind and pleasant to her staff. If she doesn't have an answer to a problem at the time of the visit, she will research or discuss treatment recommendations that she think may work. Wonderful physician and person!!

The reason I am giving Dr. Andersen mediocre ratings is that during my visit it appears she did not bother to evaluate my medical records before she saw me; she failed to recognize I have been having recurrent infections. Not only did the failure to look over my health conditions bother me, but when I spoke to her about my symptoms she talked over me or was dismissive of some of my concerns; I have noticed these same behaviors from previous visits as well. Although this appointment did not take much time, it left me with the impression that she rushes through visits and does not appear to have my health concerns at interest.
