I would recommend Dr. ZahnHouser to everyone, she's very involved and really cares about her patients. She goes the extra mile that a lot of other providers don't. I really appreciate that as a patient.

Dr. Zahn-Houser has been my doctor for 24 years. She is very easy going, kind and makes me feel comfortable. She is a good doctor.

I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr Z-H and intend to stay with her as my primary care doctor as long as she is in practice

I have seen this care provider for YEARS and always had good experiences until recently. Recently, both the nurses and provider have been "on my case" and just incessant and pushy about have a couple of screenings done that I've respectfully declined multiple times. Each appointment gets worse and worse, causing great anxiety over even coming to the appointment. I feel that this provider is not doing a phenomenal job of respecting my rights as a patient to decline these tests and to say "no." It seems that anymore my "no" is not good enough and that she pushes and pushes and pushes even after I've already clearly communicated my answer. It has become a huge problem with this provider for me.

Dr. Zahn-Houser is a very good doctor. It feels like we are collaborating re: my healthcare, rather than she dictating to me how to managed my health.

Provider spoke about politics and some personal ideas regarding politics . I found this unprofessional. Also spoke about a mutual acquaintance somewhat negatively. I was surprised as this had never occurred before.

Dr. Zahn-Houser makes you feel like you are the only patient she is seeing for the day. Full attention provided to you during your visit.

This is not a bad thing, but I would love it if we able to ask more questions we were told we only do what you for your appointment for. I sometimes have other questions that come as were talking.

I asked for a test to be done, the Dr looked at my records and saw this test had been done every 2 years, so she commented that maybe that's what I want the problem to be' it was pretty offensive to me, as I have never asked for this test before-she was the one who always had me tested, but when I actually felt like something was off in my body she dismissed it. I am thinking of changing providers.

I really love how she knows my story and can fill in the blanks with what I am telling her about this new problem. She is a solver....

At this appointment in January my health issues have begun to be addressed. My complaint is that the issue was brought up by me at the July 2017 appointment and was not addressed. In my opinion if the problems were addressed starting with that July appointment I may not have needed hospitalization.

I have total confidence in my provider. She understands my family dynamics and I feel confident that she will---and has in the past---help me through situations. She includes me in my health decisions which I appreciate. I know she has my best health interest in mind with all she does for me.
