She was very knowledgeable and helped to put my mind at ease about a lot of things. While I get she is the subject matter expert and I am not, the statement she made about knowing what she was doing and having done it a time or two came off a little rude. I'm asking questions cause idk what I'm doing or what I should be expecting.

I felt very rushed by Chloe. She was condescending and kind of rude to me. She was short with her answers to the point I just stopped asking questions because of how rude she was with the responses. There was no sympathy for me especially after having my surgery 1 week prior to seeing her. She was also rough with the exam.
