The dr spent at best 2 minutes with me and acted like he could care less about my pain since he didn't think I needed surgery. He never once examined me, he just looked at my mri.

I was in pain for months. Sometimes I moved through the system rather slowly, but this place was top notch and really helped me a bunch.

I expected the physician to discuss issues and options and the respective pros and cons. Perhaps that will happen some time in future?

Did not feel as though the provider showed any effort in relating to the situation or a desire to help. Upon looking at x rays and MRI Images provider seemed to almost belittle the descriptions written from previous health professionals and upon asking questions about next steps I did not receive an answer.

Dr Smith provided a lot of helpful information about my health issue. He thoroughly explained the surgery/procedure that was recommended to aleviate pain and make my quality of life better. He explained risks as well as benefits. Dr Smith was personable and involved me in my care. He answered our questions (including my husband's questions, who was with me). I feel confidant with Dr Smith's expertise and am looking forward to having my procedure.
