Wants to get people in and out as fast as possible with very little explanation. No bed side matter at all pretty sure he's all about the money and could care less about his patients. I will be looking for a 2nd opinion that hopefully takes the time to explain

Dr. Smith was aware of my pain. He was only in the room maybe 2 minutes. I was under the impression he was coming back because I had questions, so I asked the nurse and she said he was done and not coming back. He didn't seem to care about me not able to sit or stand longer than 2 min at a time or being in excruciating pain. He was very cold and stand offish. I now have to see another surgeon because the same problem, which has been causing my pain this entire time. I have opted for a 2nd opinion due to the lack of care I was getting from Dr Smith.

The doctor answered my questions. I asked about the abnormalities and he said they weren't going to addressed. When I looked at my chart it said he would be doing a procedure. Which is something we didn't talk about.

Dr. Smith was awful. He visited me for under 5 minutes, didn't ask me any questions, and did not explain what he was recommending and why. As I was asking him these questions he proceeded to walk down the hall to the front desk where he answered them, outside of my exam room. He was very swift and had terrible bed side manor as well as patient care.
