Dr. Glassman is always very good about explanations, answering questions, and spending time with me.

Dr. Glassman is excellent. He takes time to explain why I need medication and to go over my results with me. He also understands why I don't like to take it, my activity level, and why it is important that I do. He puts things in logical terms and uses examples from research. Excellent kind doctor!

I even asked Dr. Glassman about my blood thinner cost once on Medicare and he told me to let him know how he can get me the help I might need. Very impressed as that really is not the doctor's job. He told me that it is his job to get me help so I can continue to be on it.

Dr. Glassman concluding his visit by asking what questions can I answer?? That to me shows that he cares about me not leaving with any questions. He said the same thing the visit before. That was great.

Dr. Glassman is an excellent doctor who takes the time to listen, is honest, and answers all questions. He is calming and has a good sense of humor, which at times is very well needed. I hope he stays with Mercy!

obvious that "time" is a 'pressure issue. Care is excellent; the need to always be on "top" of observation's of patient's responses and needs.

I think a cardiologist should listen to your heart and lungs each time. Instead he came through the door telling me he already knew what was wrong with me before he came in. I was in heart failure and he ordered me some radical amounts of Lasix but he never listened to my heart or lungs. By Sunday I was in the ER with my heart skipping around and I was dehydrated. I saw the nurse practitioner on Monday and she gave me better treatment than the doctor did.
