Dr. Gopala Koneru is a gastroenterologist with additional fellowship training in transplant hepatology and board certification in obesity medicine. His clinical interests include general and luminal gastroenterology, complex and metabolic liver disease, and inflammatory bowel disease. Prior to completing his gastroenterology fellowship, Dr. Koneru practiced as a transplant hepatologist and assistant professor at the University of Iowa, providing care for patients across Central Iowa. He is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care.
