Felt like I was brushed off and sent to allergy testing and just told to use a nasal rinse. I've had chronic sinus issues for a very long time and this doesn't seem like a proper solution. Seemed like my concerns were listened to. Will not be returning to this clinic. Felt very unheard and made my concern feel stupid.

Dr. Hernandez did not answer any of my questions. There was no effort to discuss alternative causes or answer my questions. At the end of the visit, she responded "I see that I haven't been of any help to you today," and left the room. It was very uncomfortable, and I do not feel I was provided adequate care.
