I felt as if the Dr. Was slightly annoyed, and dismissive, about why I was there, and that my issue was not her problem

Dr. H came in and gave a warm welcome and talked about what was about to happen. I was told what would be done, why, and what to expect after. Dr, H checked on me during the procedure a few times while also checking in with her nurses. It is nice having this for two reasons, one it shows that she keeps a cool head and her nursing team trust her, and two it is comforting to me to know that she is in complete control and prepared for whatever the next step is. At two different points I remembering hearing both nurses ask Dr. H if she was ready for (XYZ) and Dr. H gave a polite "thank you, yes." Very professional while also being comforting.

She was very dismissive of our concerns and seemed to not want to be in the room. I tried to ask more questions to get her to understand our concerns but she seemed to have zero interest in assisting. I canceled our follow up appointment because I knew there was no point. I already wasted money on this appointment as it was a complete waste of time, nothing was accomplished.

Dr. Hernandez totally dismissed my symptoms and seemed in a hurry to get out of the exam room. She had zero interest in exploring further my symptoms. I felt the whole visit was a waste of time as I have no resolution to my ear pain.
