I know it looks like I'm just answering "Very Good" to everything, but I really am giving this thought. I was the type of person who avoided medical facilities for most of my adult life, until a scare. From my first visit with Dr. Booth and this clinic, I've felt very comfortable and no longer dread visiting the doctor.

A characteristic feature of Jason's advice is his layering of types of recommendations, from, e.g., this is what you need yo do, to this is something that we need to keep an eye on, to this is what I will suggest if the symptoms persist. The range of recommendations is reassuring, reflecting his own thoughtfulness as well as the quality of Information he has received from his nurse.

Tuning into Healthy Living

This was no ordinary cold. When Ric Swann got sick in November 2008, he experienced dry mouth, fatigue, weight loss, blurred vision and tingling in his feet. And he couldn’t shake it. In fact, he hadn’t felt well for quite some time so, at the urging of his coworkers, Ric went to see his family doctor for the first time in 15 years. Jason Booth, MD, MercyCare Vernon Village, ordered a series of tests and confirmed Ric had Type 2 diabetes. Read more.
