Our family is getting very frustrated in the care taking for a reoccurring symptom our son is having. We were not told a diagnosis was given to our son which wish now in his file and not tested to confirm for documentation. Then we are getting frustrated that his (condition) is being managed instead of helping us find the cause. When bringing this up to the provided, opinions were minimalized and proceed to manage instead of providing options for us to try to find the source. We are considering leaving in regards to this offices attitude toward our concerns on this issue.

We are normally huge Keeli fans. However, when she has a student with her, she seems like she's trying to be too professional (or something) and therefore seems rushed and impersonal. (Maybe just the extra stress of having a student causes that?) I wish she knew she is doing a great job and can be herself even when she has a student.

Kelli is always very helpful and so very nice and explains everything. She answers questions before I even ask them as she knows my kids so well.

The practitioner was very dismissive and did not listen to all of my concerns. I do not feel like we received a thorough well check, she seemed like she just wanted to get out fast. Did not talk about milestones or anything that we would typically discuss at a wellness check. Very disappointed.

The care provider we saw was very to the point, answered all of my questions and was patient with my follow up questions. However, I perceived the attitude of the care provider regarding our follow up visit to be a little annoyed that we had come back in. We only came back under the advice that it was better to have him checked out again. It felt like had the advice over the phone been from the care provider we saw, she would not have advised us to come back so soon. I'm not saying it was a negative experience I just feel like maybe it was more a difference in how the care provider would have proceeded.

Keeli always answers all of my questions (even though I sometimes have many) and seems to take my concerns seriously. She is the best!

I don't remember the name of the nurse practitioner that is filling in ... but I felt very rushed through for my son's 12 month checkup. When examining him, she didn't narrate what she was finding, or give a status update on what she was finding. She also just gave 1 sentence facts ( no discipline until 15 months. sitting in rear facing until 2, and make sure he is eating a variety of fruit and veggies). There was no conversation on these facts, and we didn't discuss what he is doing or how he is developing. I was expecting a conversation of things my son will begin doing in the upcoming months and things I should be doing, but that didn't happen. She was in and out in 5 minutes. My other concern was why she ordered a blood draw with a needle in his arm when testing hemoglobin and lead, instead of a finger prick. I don't know if this is a clinic practice or just the preference of the nurse practitioner. As a first time parents the check up appointments are great for me to learn about my sons development and make sure he is on the right track. This appointment didn't meet that expectation. Conversations with [another provider] have brought questions up from me in the past; without a conversation I don't know what questions I didn't think to ask.

our experience with Keely Irwin was absolutely terrible. she had no bedside manor and made us feel extremely stupid, which is not how first time parents (or any parents) should be made to feel. we did not feel like our concerns were heard or considered at all. we could tell that Keely was annoyed that we were even there. we were very concerned about our new daughter as she was displaying things very out of the ordinary.

During my visit, my provider did not listen to what I was telling her and disregarded my concerns when I asked her. I feel like she doesn't care why my issues are happening. She only seemed to care about "covering up" the problem so that it was no longer happening, rather than trying to figure out what the underlying issue was. She was also rude when she was talking to me and acting in a judgmental way, which made me feel like I was not able to be open and honest with her. Rather than comforting me with my issues, she told me that I need to stop overthinking and "deal with" situations. When I talked to her about my medication she did not seem to truly care about how I was feeling. She also did not talk to me about the benefits/risks of trying other medications. Overall, I am not happy with my most recent visits and will not be going back to see her in the future.
