Dr Mounce is awesome. She is very personable and knowledgeable.

She was very concerning of my condition. I have long history to try to fit into short amount of time. A couple issues we missed discussing simply because I didn't get a chance to bring them up. She spent more time with me than she probably was allowed to but I was happy with her explaining her thoughts on how I should proceed and was genuinely concerned which I appreciated as I'm not interested in just being a number pushed through the system. Also when I had a requested prior to our visit she was very prompt about taking care of the situation
