Kim Keiser is very personable and caring. I believe she sincerely cares about me and my health. I never feel as if I'm just another patient to see on a long list to check off and in my experience that is very rare.

Even though I had a 40 minute appointment she was in a hurry. Appeared to be aware of only one of my concerns.

My NP is always making sure I'm doing the best I can to better my health. She always listens to my concerns and explains the importance of understanding how to treat and better my health.

I was laughed at several times in my appointment by care provider. I was talked to condescending like I was a child. I was called "whats her face". Nurse and Provider laughed in hall way after I was called "whats her face." The notes dont match what I told the care provider. Mostly because she seems to not listen and seems to feel maybe I didn't need to be there. I did not know results and/or exam resulted in decision to receive medication. I received a text message that prescriptions were available for me to pick up. I will not be taking since I am not sure why they were sent. I will look for a new provider that does not make me feel like an idiot.
