Megan is caring, kind and nice. She listens to all of my concerns and helps to come up with a plan. She had some big shoes to fill when Sara left and she has really done a great job with a full practice.

Megan was perfectly nice, but it's very obvious she's not trained in Family Medicine. It felt more like an urgent care visit. Family Med practitioners are meant to get to know the patient on a deeper level, as they in theory, will be seeing them for many years. It just didn't feel like Megan was that interested in getting to know me or my lifestyle and mostly relied on information collected in the medical chart.

I felt extremely rushed, and she appeared to not care about anything that I had to say

Megan has taken over a practice that is huge. She walked into it and hasn't skipped a beat. She has worked very hard to get to know all of her patients and treats you like family.

This is a new provider as my last one moved. The provider didn't introduce herself and spend a little time aquainting herself with me. She talks to fast and is not clear.

First visit with her, very good at listening to my long history and current situation.

I have always waited patiently for any medical appt. My time seems to not matter at all. If I ask any questions about a problem, I am told "that's a separate appointment". I left there with no answers to any questions and I refuse to make another appointment
