SHE LIKE MANY DRS DO THEIR BEST CONSIDERING THE TIME CONSTRAINTS. 10MINS? WITH THE MANY THINGS I DEAL WITH THAT IS NOT MUCH TIME TO COVER ONE WITHOUT BEING HURRIED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE HEARING IMPAIRED AND AFRAID YOU MAY HAVE MISSED SOMETHING. BUT THEY'RE PATIENT IF I EMAIL BACK IF I DO ASK QUESTIONS. THANK GOD FOR THE BASIC INFORMATION SHEETS THEY HAND OUT TOO

The Dr. doesn't even sit down and talk or sit at computer and look at my issues. What happened to taking vitals on an appointment? When you call for appointment you are given like one thing you can see the doctor for. This has been going on for a while and the care is not what I expect from a Dr. I expect a Dr. to show they really care and listen to my heart and lungs and do vitals at every appointment. It makes my blood pressure rise going to this Dr. and especially the nurse she has. What happened to Dr.'s who care and show compassion to their patients??? I go there for help not to just pay money for nothing.

I felt like the doctor cared about me and wanted what was best for me. She knew what the best course of action would be and discussed it with me.
