Dr. Hodgman was excellent. Extremely professional. Spent time with me. When I told him I was a nurse, he talked at a level appropriate for me. Explaining everything to me. I have total confidence in him. He even took time to talk with my husband and I about our son with congenital heart disease and referred us the Pediatric Clinic at Mercy.

He spent a total of about 2 minutes with me. It seemed that he was in a hurry.

Dr Hodgeman is outstanding! I'm so lucky that 2 1/2 years ago he had room for me as a new patient.

I think that the nurse spent more time with me then what the doctor did. My concerns didn't seem to be much of problem to the doctor. And my medical care was based off from a procedure that I had in 2015 or 2016 which could had changed since then.

I felt Dr. Hodgman was well informed about my condition and multiple conditions I have. he was looking at the whole picture, not just the symtom presented to him.

Dr. Hodgman is very nice. He explained why he wanted me to wear the heart monitor and run more tests. I am unsure of next steps once the two weeks is up for the heart monitor.

Mentioned a diagnoses I have to the provider and he said he would check into it and get back to me, I did not know he was actually checking into it when he left the room. He came back in a few minutes later and told me he looked into it quick and if he noticed any symptoms of that diagnoses he would be able to pick it up on the holter monitor id be wearing and we could discuss it at my next appointment. I was very impressed with this. I figured he would look into it at a later date. This made me feel like my concerns were actually heard and he listened. I feel like THIS was the mercy touch.
