Nikki Sporrer is very thorough whenever I have an appointment with her. She listens well and always has next steps figured out before I leave. I have Recommended several friends who are now her patience.

Nikki is fabulous, however management of tasks is not. Nursing shortage is what Nikki shared as why it takes almost 2 weeks to get response from her team via my chart. My chart messaging is great but if there isn't a protocol or policy addressing who, what, where, and when, people like myself fall through the cracks.
