In the past he has been rude. I think he needs to listen to the patient and the people that are with the patient. We have actually thought about me going to another Mercy doctor. At least his CMA is nice.

Dr. Schultes always checks my chart before we start our conversation and continually do so during my visit. In my opinion he is very diligent and patient when addressing my concerns or answering my questions.

Dr. Schultes always takes his time during the exam. He listens to my concerns and we talk about what we think the next step should be, if any in my treatment plan. We make the decision to see seek further treatments or see different doctors together. I am always comfortable with the level of care and attention I receive on every visit and confident of the treatment plan Dr. Schultes and I have decided to follow.

The office is often poorly organized and the physician's personality leaves a lot to be desired. He does not take the time to know my medical history, therefore often asks me the same questions regarding where I have pain. After being seen by him every 3 mos, for 7 years,I'd think he should know where my chronic pain is located and why I have so much pain.
