Stephanie needs to work on her empathy. I have seen her 3 times and each time it felt as if I was being "scolded" a bit during our visits. Her empathy during some very stressful testing was lacking and felt more like she was mad that I was so anxious while having a spinning episode. I explained that I am apprehensive about some body positions that have typically given me slight spinning episodes in the past, I've been working on them thru PT, but I felt she dismissed it as being "in my head" and I was bringing them on myself.

I wouldn't recommend this specific provider to anyone. The only reason we aren't switching to the U of Iowa is because my wife states that Dr. Liu is amazing to work with.

Did not tell me who she was or her name just walk in a stood there. Didn't tell what she was going to do nothing. Poor bed side matters. I had to ask the questions her name and her position. Very sad for Mercy. And I'm sure for other pts. The nurse was great!
