He was dismissive of my situation and the crippling pain. He showed zero interest in actually helping me find any kind of relief. It's the one and only time I've been treated poorly anywhere in Mercy where I've been treated by many for over 30 years.

Doctor did not seem like he wanted to show up for my appointment, he hurried through without letting me ask questions and sent me on my way. I asked his nurse assistant she said I could only ask through my chart portal. When I called back the nurse I spoke with was very rude and did not listen to what I was asking, leaving me even more frustrated.
