Dr Sagers is the best and most professional health care provider I have ever worked with. I know that I can get a hold of him any time from anywhere in the world (I have done this multiple times) and he is there to help me with anything I need and has many times. I recommend him to everyone I know and I think hes really who you want representing Mercy, if all your staff were like this you would have the best facilities in America and I truly believe that.

There was a time when my employer talked about switching our insurance to a St. Luke's insurance and I had an anxiety attack. Tim knows everything about me and what works and doesn't work for me. Tim has seen me at my worst and at my best. when [we had a family emergency] and I was too far away to pick up my medicine at my regular pharmacy, Tim called my hometown Pharmacy and sent my prescription there. Tara took the phone call that day and knew the urgency of what was going on to get him to get everything I needed to me. I know I'm always in good hands with his team.

Dr. Sagers has great people skills. He takes the time to answer my questions and makes sure I understand what is going on. He takes the time to cover everything with me and never makes me feel I am imposing on his time. He has been responsive to emails I have sent to him regarding health care.
