Tod Walker PA-C explains everything very well. Over the last 7 years he has walked me through remission of alcohol, quitting smoking, greatly improving most health stats, and now helping me finalize putting my weight in control. I honestly believe with his work I'm in better shape than I was 16 years ago.

Would like to feel a more comprehensive approach to a physical-reviewing meds-reviewing prior issues that might have permanent effects. I feel like if I don't have a plan of things to review, then it's a review of blood work and we're done.
