Dr is very knowledgeable and asked all the questions he could to get to the source of the problem. I'm very impressed!

I don't understand why the doctor wants to see [her] again in 2 weeks. He didn't explain and neither of my boys had an appointment between the 1 week and 2 month visits.

I feel its hard to always understand this doctor and often feel like he is trying to be quick/not always as thorough in helping us understand what is fully going on. I appreciate the speed but the rushed feeling is not always inspiring confidence or satisfaction.

We never got a call back with our test results. We don't use My Chart, and don't want to use My Chart, so would really appreciate a call when test results are in for someone to discuss with us verbally.
