Dr Dhaliwal is always very clear about options, explanations, his recommendations, and asking 1) what I think, and 2) whether I have questions
October 08, 2021
I only saw them once, was very sick and visited him so he could approve the procedure. They asked a lot of questions, I answered but it wasn't a treatment appt more a check up to see if I was healthy enough. Some of these questions are difficult to answer from that point of view. In addition to that I just want to point out this was the best medical team I've ever visited, all seem to enjoy their work, want to be there and made me feel more than a number.

For hearing impaired patients, Dr. Dhaliwal could speak up a bit more. (though otherwise I appreciate that he is calm and soft-spoken)
