Jacque is fantastic. She absolutely took her time with me and heard me out in a very nonjudgemental way about all of my concerns. She is very well informed and I fully trust her even after just one meeting. She's really funny and easy going but takes her job and patient concerns very seriously. All around excellent. I want to be her friend.

provider could be more empathetic towards patient problems. could be a more nice and understanding approach. I have had this feeling in the past with her, not very well supported or understanding in my problems.
