Patient Reviews

Dr. Maxson listened to my concerns, discussed the approach to assessing concerns, was sensitive to my discomfort, broke the appointment down into manageable steps, and provided options and afforded me choices at several points during the appointment. She also thoroughly described the follow up process and what to do if I had further questions and concerns. I appreciated Dr. Maxson's patience, the information she provided, the time she devoted to the appointment, and the support in determining best options for me.

Seems a little stand offish. Talks more to the nurse then the patient. Would like to see more discussion with what needs to happen and help with issues to help improve my health. Give me literature or have a discussion and be an advocate for me. That is why go to Dr for help. Not to talk with Nurse.

Didn't get asked about any questions or concerns. Didn't seem to know what the needs of the visit would be--Compared to previous visit, felt like we were rushing through the basics but not getting deeper or asking follow-ups from paperwork submitted online, etc.
