Mercy Cedar Rapids is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Pulmonary Medicine Center (PMC). This unit cares for patients with complex pulmonary conditions and oncology-related needs, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise while working closely with physicians, specialists and support staff.

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for patients with pulmonary and oncology-related conditions.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments and symptom management.
- Coordinate care and collaborate with physicians, oncology teams and ancillary services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively during patient hand-offs.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and support emergency care when needed.
- Help guide patients and families through services available at the Hall Radiation Center.

What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license (Iowa or compact state)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Iowa Mandatory Reporter Training (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse)
- BSN preferred (not required)
- Previous RN experience in acute care preferred
